It’s been nearly half of a year since Full House alum Bob Saget passed away. Now, the actor’s family has put his home on the market for $7.7 million

According to E! News, the sale is being handled by Bob’s nephew Adam Saget. The family is expecting a profit compared to what the actor paid for the home in 2003, when he bought it for $2.9 million.

However, his nephew says that the estate (which was originally built in 1964) has been upgraded with a variety of technological features, including smart house controls and automation.

The home features 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, and it situated in Brentwood California With over 6,600 square feet of space, the home boasts a variety of impressive features, including a 2-story living room, upgraded appliances, and stone fireplace. It was created by Douglas Busch Design.

Bob lived at the estate with his wife Kelly Rizzo up until his January 2022 passing. It was reported in April that his widow was gearing up to sell the property.

“Kelly is in the process of putting their family home up for sale,” a source told Us Weekly. “While there are many happy memories they shared together with his family, it has become too much of a burden on her to keep the house.”

Kelly has been publicly candid about how difficult it’s been since losing her husband. The pair originally married in 2018. “It’s like, he’s still my husband,” Kelly shared earlier this year. “It’s not like, ‘Oh, he’s my former husband.’ It’s like … the relationship is different now. It’s just — it is what it is.”

However, she said that her step-daughters were a great source of support. Bob share three adult daughters with his first wife Sherri Kramer. “His girls came to stay with me for you know, the first time since I moved into the new house just this last week, and they walked in and I was like, ‘So it’s kind of like a museum to your dad, so don’t freak out but yes, he’s everywhere,’” Kelly explained.

She added, “And then they’ll catch me like talking to a picture every once in a while, and they’re like ‘Stepmommy Kelly, are you OK?’”

Bob was found deceased in his room at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando on January 9th. The comedian had been on tour at the time of his passing. An autopsy later confirmed he died from blunt force trauma, and it’s suspected a fall may have been the cause of death.
