The Summit Mansion, LA

In a gated community called Summit, Jennifer Lopez bought her first property in LA in 2000. She paid $4.3 million for the seven-bedroom and seven-and-a-half-bathroom home. The main house featured a sleek and modern interior that reminds one of a museum. The home also had an infinity-edge swimming pool, playground, tennis court, and a chicken coop, along with a guest house. Lopez sold the home in 2004 for $10.95 million.
