Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen were thriving in their careers in 2000 when Brady was signed with the New England Patriots while Bundchen became a household name as a supermodel. The couple met through a mutual friend in 2006 and tied the knot in 2009. Tom Brady owned several properties before dating Gisele Bundchen and acquired jointly owned homes after getting married. Their homes span various cities in America, including New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Tampa, and Montana. They are known to flip houses and sell them to various celebrities who love high-end residences and lavish homes for a considerable profit.

From Tom Brady’s first home in Boston, which he purchased a few years after joining the New England Patriots, to the couple’s Indian Creek Property, which they can use after Brady’s retirement, the real estate portfolio has a series of stunning homes. Let’s look at the real estate properties owned by Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen.

Boston Back Bay And Beacon Street Condos

A few years after Tom Brady was signed on with the New England Patriots, Tom Brady purchased a stunning condo in Boston’s Bay Back neighborhood for $4.125 million in 2004. The bachelor pad has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms with a chef’s kitchen. As mentioned by Forbes, Brady unloaded the property in 2012, and it can be rented for $35,000 a month. After purchasing his first property, Tom Brady bought a 5,311 sq. ft. of a triplex penthouse on Beacon Street for $6.2 million in 2006. He sold the property in 2012 for $9.27 million.

Brentwood Home

After getting married, Brady and Bundchen rented a home in Brentwood, California, before purchasing a property for $11.75 million. With the help of architect Richard Landry and designer Joan Behnke, they built an eco-friendly mansion with solar panels and a swimming pool that resembled a natural lake. The sustainable sanctuary was sold to Dr. Dre in 2014 for a whopping $40 million.

Brookline, Baston Mansion

As a part of the New England Patriots, the couple spent most of their time living in Boston for the home games. They purchased a 5-acre property for $4.5 million and used the same architect and designer duo as their Brentwood home, as noted by NY Post. The custom-built home came with many amenities, including a wine room, play area, yoga studio, and a large detached guesthouse. Brady and Bundchen sold the property on Christmas Eve in 2020 for $32.5 million after he transferred to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Manhattan Penthouse

Around the time the Boston property was purchased, the pair set foot in New York real estate and bought a luxurious condo in the Flatiron neighborhood in Manhattan. Designed by Peter Marino, it was located on the 48th floor and offered a 360-degree view of the Big Apple. The condo featured a large den, comfortable living room, an open kitchen, and a Master Suite with a floating bathtub. The couple listed the estate for $17.25 million in 2016 and priced it down before selling in 2018.

Tribeca Apartment

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen grounded their roots in New York again by purchasing a $25.5 million apartment in Tribeca. Overlooking the Hudson River, the five-bedroom condo was located on the twelfth floor. They once again worked with Peter Marino to redesign the interiors, as stated by Architectural Digest. The abode comes with a 1,900 sq. ft. terrace, breathtaking views, and a gourmet kitchen. They sold the home in 2020 for $40 million.

Yellowstone Club

Along with owning homes in major cities, they have also bought a property in the exclusive Yellowstone Club located in Montana. The resort community for the elites has homes priced between $2.5 million to $25 million. The Club currently has 862 households, and the membership reportedly starts at $300,000. Brady and Bundchen bought a property at Yellowstone in 2017, and other celebrities in the neighborhood include Bill and Melinda Gates, Justin Timberlake, and Jessica Biel.

Tampa Bay Rental

After Tom Brady signed on with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he moved with his family to Tampa during the game season. According to Yahoo Sports, they lived in a rented mansion owned by Derek Jeter, which featured seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The English-style property was a luxurious retreat packed with amenities, from a billiards room to a massive swimming pool overlooking the water. In 2021, Jeter put the house on sale for $29 million and sold the property for $22.5 million.

Indian Creek Island Property

In another property on ultra-exclusive private land, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen bought a $17 million estate in 2020 on the Indian Creek Island, also called the Billionaire’s Bunker. The couple tore down the 5,772-square-foot home and began working with architect Scott Mitchell. Other notable residents on the island include Ivanka Trump-Jared Kushner and Jeffrey Soffer, a real estate mogul.

While the couple owns several properties in the country, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen currently reside in their Indian Creek Island home with their children. The family will be traveling to Tampa as Brady is expected to come out of retirement and play in the NFL with Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2022.
