There is a 10-minute arm workout that will show you the most amazing results!

Everyone has at least 10 minutes a day to focus on working out, especially when the routine is not extremely difficult, and  PopSugar recently shared a quick arm workout that will give you the desired results you crave. Plus, you only need a set of weights to complete it.

This workout hits all areas of your upper body — but warning, it will leave you sore for a couple of days. However, it will all be worth it when you have achieved the sculpted look you always wanted.

The routine is super easy to follow. Grab a pair of weights — light to medium depending on your preference and complete these exercises. Overhead shoulder press, bent-over row, upright row, overhead triceps extensions, wide bicep curl, bent-over reverse fly, man maker burpee, chaturanga push-up, dolphin dive, and finally, triceps dips.

Each specific exercise should be done 10 times or for 10 reps before moving on to the next one. It is essential you take your time on each rep to ensure you are doing it correctly and do not injure yourself. Although you can certainly go through the workout one time, for better results it is recommended to do the circuit at least two times, but no more than four. This will add to the length of your workout, but if you want results you have to make an effort.

Most of the exercises in the routine are pretty standard. However, if you are unsure of how to do one of them, there are various videos you can watch to make sure your form is correct. There is no point in doing them if you are not doing them correctly, right? The man maker burpee, chaturanga push-up, and dolphin dive are a little bit more complicated than the others, so watching videos on those before you begin might be a good idea.
