The Full Body Workout That Will Have You Looking Like A Superhero

This full body workout has the ability that makes those who strictly follow it look like a superhero, just ask Ryan Reynolds.

Trying to find a workout that works for you can be an extremely frustrating process. Sometimes it can feel like no matter how much work you put in at the gym, you don't see the results, or at least not the ones that you're looking for. A professional guiding you through it and pointing out where you're going wrong is the solution, but some of us don't necessarily have that option.

Personal trainers are how celebrities get in tremendous shape in no time at all, but they have the money and time to do that. Some of us may not have access to a personal trainer, or at least a good one. We may have an alternative to you courtesy of Men's Health, which you can check out below.

Don Saladino is one of the best personal trainers in the business, and he has the resume to back him up. In fact, Saladino got Ryan Reynolds in shape for Deadpool 2 and if you've seen the movie, you know that he did a good job. Now you can have access to the workout that Saladino had Reynolds do to get him in shape and if you keep to it, you might just be able to get in superhero shape too.

There's nothing in the workout that you shouldn't be able to do at your own gym. A lot of it is very simple. The warmup begins by simply focusing on your breathing. It then moves on to stretches and thoracic rotation in place of typical cardio. Then on to the real bulk of the workout. It starts off with some kettlebell swings, then some squats, throw in a little time on the bench press, add a few pull-ups, and round things off with a few carries.

Individually, each element of Saladino's superhero workout may not seem that hard at all. However, his expertise reveals how to perfectly combine them all into the perfect workout. If it's good enough for Deadpool then it is most certainly good enough for us. No more complaining that you don't have access to a personal trainer, you're now all set to do the workout yourself and get that superhero body many of us want.
