Logic dropped big bills to get into a huge mansion in LA’s exclusive Hidden Hills neighborhood.
Things have been going well for Logic in recent years. Where a few years ago he was mostly a cult favorite, now he’s getting real airtime on radios and selling out huge venues. His third album, 2017’s Everybody, debuted at number one on the US Billboard top 200 list, selling 247,000 album-equivalent units (you know a rapper like Logic is doing a lot of digital sales).
While things are going well for Logic professionally, things haven’t been so great on the relationship front. Logic recently divorced his wife of two years earlier in April. Although the break up is reportedly amicable, it still can’t be a great feeling to endure, which may explain the whole mansion-buying thing.
Shortly after filing for divorce, Logic closed a deal worth $3.57 million on a huge mansion in LA’s exclusive Hidden Hills community. Now he rubs elbows with the likes of Kanye and the Kardashians, and is even just down the way from the Calabasas area in the San Fernando Valley.

Logic’s new bachelor pad is an enormous 7,075 sq feet, with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Most of the bedrooms seem outfitted for children based on the pics obtained by TMZ, but we’re sure that Logic can find new uses for them.
What’s truly astounding is the backyard, which seems large enough to host a football game. The patio is enormous, with dual BBQ’s in an outdoor kitchen that looks like it could feed several families at once. There’s also a swimming pool with attached hot tub for some wet and wild fun in the sun.
The mansion was originally listed for $3.779 million, but Logic managed to get it talked down to $3.57 million. That’s worth noting for how rarely it happens in the upper echelons of Los Angeles real estate and may be a sign that housing prices are coming down.
Oh, and the kitchen was recently renovated too. Can’t overstate that value of a recently redone kitchen.
