After Sam Altieri finished graduate school, she was not is good health and was out of shape. The sleepless nights when she was studying, the lack of exercise, and poor nutrition had all taken a toll. Thereafter, she wanted to get physically stronger without “bulking up” in order to have the body she most desired. She fell in love with her workout regime in the gym.   1. Reduce Calories: The only way to lose fat in the body is to eat fewer calories than the body needs. Lowering carbs is a great way to get rid of fat because excess calories from carbs easily turn into fat.
