Reality TV star Christina El Moussa and her new husband recently took to Instagram to show off their beautiful wedding photos.
We can understand if you feel that you missed this blip on the celeb wedding radar. That's probably because El Moussa and her new British husband, "Wheelers Dealers" host Ant Anstead went to great lengths in order to conceal their nuptials. In fact, the couple even hid the fact that they were getting married from their very own wedding guests!
According to a People exclusive, "Flip or Flop" star Christina El Moussa, 35, married Anstead in a secret "winter wonderland" themed wedding at the Newport Beach, California home that they share with their four children, two each from previous marriages. Anstead and El Moussa (who will be taking her husband's last name) started dating in October 2017.
Their whirlwind relationship culminated with the couple asking around 70 of their closest friends and family members to come to their home during Christmastime to watch the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade as a group. The rouse was that the couple had hired a charter bus that would be available to transport everyone to watch the parade.
In reality, there was no charter bus and there would be no trip to the boat parade. Thoroughly surprised guests walked into a secret wedding that took place in the couple's front yard. Anstead's daughter, Amelie, 15, and son, Archie, 12, along with El Moussa's daughter, Taylor, 8, and son, Brayden, 4, whom she shares with her ex-husband and "Flip or Flop" co-star, Tarek El Moussa, stood front and center as they watched the couple exchange vows.
“We wanted to make it about the kids,” Anstead told People. “It’s the six of us. We’re a blended family so it was really important for them to be a part of it.”
Even though the wedding took place last month, the newlyweds just got around to sharing their wedding joy by posting photos on both of their Instagram accounts, which each have their own legion of followers. El Moussa looks picture perfect in her white Ines Di Santo lace gown with intricate sleeves and a plunging neckline and Anstead looks like he couldn't be happier. Likewise, all four children seem to be pleased to be a part of this new blended family, if the family wedding photo is any indication.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
