Buckingham Palace has revealed details for the upcoming Royal Wedding, including just how early you will need to be up to watch the nuptials.
The fairytale wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will take place on May 19, 2018. While the date of the impending nuptials has been known for a while, Buckingham Palace just released a lot more details regarding the couple’s special day.
The service will take place St. George’s Chapel beginning at 12 p.m. United Kingdom time, which is 7 a.m. EST and 4 a.m. PST. The Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby will marry the couple.

Once they are pronounced husband and wife, the newlyweds will leave in a carriage ride precession, just as Prince William and Kate Middleton did. The procession will begin one hour after the ceremony or service as the Palace refers to it.
“Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle are hugely grateful for the many good wishes they have received since announcing their engagement. They are very much looking forward to the day and to being able to share their celebrations with the public.,” read a statement from the Palace.

It also included the route Prince Harry and Ms. Markle will take. They will leave Windsor Castle via Castle Hill and proceed along the High Street through Windsor Town before returning to the castle along the Long Walk.
After their procession, the newlyweds will attend a reception at St. George’s Hall. Once the reception is over, they will get a short break to unwind or perhaps spend time alone together. In the evening Prince Charles will host a smaller private reception for his youngest son and new daughter-in-law.
Although some details of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding have been shared one big question is, who will be in the bridal party? As of now, the only confirmed members are Prince George and Princess Charlotte. It is rumored Prince William will serve as Harry’s best man, while Kate will likely not have a role in the bridal party. She will be looking after her children, including baby number three, which will only be a few weeks old at the time of the Royal Wedding.
