For those of you who don't know who Liza Koshy is, she's a pretty well-off YouTube personality who actually got her start on Vine. But, since Vine shut down, she has made sure to have a huge presence on YouTube. She's the fastest person to ever reach 10 million subscribers. On top of her YouTube videos, she's also an actor, a host, and somewhat of an activist.

She's won several awards, including a Streamy Award and a Teen Choice Award. Oh, by the way, she's only 21 so she's doing really well for herself considering her age. When I was 21 I was living in a flat in Ottawa that I couldn't afford, playing gigs in the market for food and drinks and barely any money. And now here I am educating you on why we should be jealous of this successful 21-year-old.

Anyway, aside from her YouTube channel, her acting career, her awards, and her career in general, we also have her Instagram account. And you know, she has a number of photos on there that could easily make the average person pretty jealous. From hanging out where the first Woodstock festival took place, to skydiving, to even something as small as a box of doughnuts, Liza Koshy knows how to make people jealous of her internet life.

Streamy Awards

I think some ladies here might be jealous of the outfit Liza is wearing in this shot. And I think some of the guys reading this will simply be just sad that they don't have someone with them in their parents' basement wearing Liza's outfit for them to ogle at. But hey, that's all besides the point.

The main thing about this shot is that she's got her Streamy Award in hand. Now, how many of you have YouTube channels? How many of you stream games, or play music, or make funny videos or try to chat about the news? I bet there are actually quite a few of you checking this out who do at least one of those things. And how many of you have a Streamy Award? None of you, obviously.

Out For An Adventure On The Yacht

I don't know about you, but I live up north in Canada and there is no open water right now. It's all ice and I have to snowshoe if I want to go across it. So, maybe it's just me, but I am very jealous of Liza Koshy being out on a yacht, looking out to some rocky ocean islands, basking in the sun. I would not dare go barefoot outside right now...I can't even do that in my apartment without being cold. And anyone who experiences actual winter must at least feel some jealousy of Koshy and her ability to head out on a yacht.

I like to spend a lot of time in a canoe when I can and I would even just take that right now if I could, but she gets to drive people mental with her ability to go wherever and just go yachting. If only we could all afford to go off and find someplace with warm water any time of year.

Niagara Falls

So, I'm kind of disappointed in Liza Koshy here. I've been to Niagara Falls and I think she would have had a way better shot if she took it from the deck of The Maid of The Mist. The Maid is the boat that they take people out on in the basin of the falls. The falls are actually roaring fairly well there, but I have to say, with no doubt at all that the American side of the falls is always a little scant in comparison to the Canadian side. But that hardly matters here.

It's a great destination to go and enjoy the sites and check out the local eateries, wineries and tourist spots, especially wineries. It's not really a cheap place though so it's definitely a once-in-a-while place. Which is too bad because there are a lot of wineries there and now I'm craving a bottle...Thanks a bunch Liza. You just made me and all the...wine-enthusiasts very jealous of your little vacation!

Mix Box Of Doughnuts

Alright, so look. You're right, this is something you could get easily at Tim Hortons (or whatever the American equivalent to a doughnut shop is...or "donut" shop...Dunkin Donuts) but there's something about sitting at home, looking through Koshy's Instagram that makes me want to walk down the road to get some damn doughnuts. But for one thing...I don't really feel like walking out in -30 degree weather just to get doughnuts.

So now I'm stuck sitting here talking about them and salivating wishing I had the will to just walk to the Tim Hortons. Thanks so much Liza. You've made me and a bunch of other people really jealous of you having some icing sugar, fondant, sprinkles and big chunks of dough in a box.

Touring The Site Of Woodstock

I would love to be able to get out to see where Woodstock first happened. I can't imagine that you'd be able to go mud-sliding in the nude anymore or just have a naughty time while tripping in front of hundreds of thousands of people...but hey, it would still be really cool to walk around the place where all of that happened while Jimi Hendrix played.

Either way, It's not likely that I'm going to make it anywhere to the U.S. given its current leader, but maybe by 2020 I'll find my way down to Woodstock and be able to Instagram it and tag Liza in it. I'd love to invite her out to have a picnic there and just see if she'd be game for shooting some funny videos about Woodstock. But it's not likely that any of that will happen so...still jealous.

M&M Advertisement

Be honest...how many of you are sitting in your parents' basement right now, chomping down on snack foods? Or living alone in a basement apartment chomping down on snack food? Now, how many of you don't have snack food with you and really wish that you managed to film an ad for M&Ms so you wouldn't have to worry ever again about having snacks around?

Realistically, Liza was working with M&Ms to get tickets to the MTV Movie and TV Awards. And how did they work out the giveaway? By getting people to follow her on Instagram, watch her story, and like a bunch of her photos. Well, I like the photos well enough, but not when they make me drool for food and fame I don't have. Anyone else?

Is This A Fairlane Or A Bel Air?

You know what? It really doesn't matter if this car is a Fairlane or a Chevy Bel Air. What matters way more is that Liza Koshy has a car like this! This is a classy piece of automobile and it makes me sad and jealous at the same time that she has one of these.

Why? Well, I'm sure you have days where you just wish you had enough money for a car, let alone a fancy and classy car. And then, on top of that...you don't really get to brag on Instagram about the car you don't have. And you don't really want to brag about the Toyota Tercel you managed to buy for $300 from some buddy who "really took care of it". Anyway, I can't help but feel a little bit jealous of the fact that Koshy has an awesome car. She knows how to make her followers want more.

A Trip To The Grand Canyon

Here is a place I've never been in the States. To be fair, I've only ever driven down the Eastern Seaboard from Canada down to Florida and the Gulf Coast. And I've been to Hawaii (but let's be honest...they'd be fine without the U.S).

Anyway, the fact that Koshy just has the chance to stroll on by the Grand Canyon and snap some photos for Instagram kind of makes me sad and a little jealous. It could be because it looks pretty warm there. But I think it's more because it just looks beautiful and knowing that she just has access to places like this at her whim is pretty awesome...but ultimately sad for anyone who wishes they could get out of their basement dwelling, away from their computer to experience something of real life.

Holy Athletic

So if you've ever gone through Liza's instagram, you'll see it's not the first time she manages to jump this high, and with this much flexibility. The girl is insane. She's able to put her legs practically all the way behind her to touch her head, and she's hyper enough that her jumping around all the time just kind of makes sense. It's because she's so flexible, and works out enough that she's able to keep up these antics.

I wish I was that fit. I guess I should be on my elliptical rather than sitting here on my computer typing about how much I wish I was that fit. And hey, just to be fair, I should point out that there's no way she jumped that high...so don't actually be jealous of that. I'm sure there's a trampoline out of frame...or a diving board.

Adventuring In New York City

I have to be totally honest here, I would never ever want to find myself living in New York City. I would not be able to handle that many people. That's just insane! I mean...New York City has so many people it's a third of the population of the entirety of Canada! Anyway, that being said, I would very much love to go and hang out in New York with a nice view and see all the sites that John Lennon saw when he was living there. It just looks so intense, I would love to share that view with Liza Koshy. Who wouldn't?

The only thing that takes away from this photo are the bars on the balcony. It kinds of takes away from the whole aesthetic purpose of it, don't you think? Oh well, it's the thought that counts.

Skydiving

Here is something I would never do but wish I could do. And I'm not saying I'd never do it because I'll never have the opportunity. I mean...I would never do it because I'm terrified of what could happen while I'm plummeting thousands of feet from the hatch of a plane to the very solid Earth down below.

I have to say that this photo is almost worth going for it though. It looks so wicked. It makes me extra jealous, just thinking about how your bearings could be so altered by spinning around above the clouds before finally prepping for letting your shoot go and getting ready to land. It must be a great feeling. I'm sure it really is (so long as you don't get sick on the way down), but I could never do it. I'm not even afraid of heights. I'm just afraid of landing without a parachute. Thank you Koshy, for letting us live vicariously through you.

A Visit To The White House

Here's the thing about Liza Koshy, the White House, and why people should be jealous. She was there at the White House Correspondent dinner just before the White House turned suddenly orange. Lucky her!

She got to enjoy her time at the White House and not worry about an imminent nuclear disaster. She even had an interview with then-president Barrack Obama while Koshy was using her internet influence to try and get people out to vote. Obama, of course, agreed that young people are the future of America. I would very much have liked to go and visit the White House and meet the president, back when there was a president I would not have minded meeting. I mean, at least I could have some whisky with George W. Bush, even if he was a little dense.

A High-Rise Pool Overlooking The Ocean

I have to be totally honest here, I don't even know where it is that Liza Koshy is staying here but I know it's somewhere very warm and somewhere tropical. How do I know that? Well, first of all, she's in a pool outside. Second of all, there are palm trees. And thirdly, She's looking out to the ocean. There are certainly no palm trees on the Maine coast, so, I think we can safely say this isn't the Atlantic.

Anyway, if I went outside right now to jump into a body of water, I would have to drill down a few inches to make a hole through the ice. I have to say, sitting in a resort pool, looking over the ocean is a lot less effort than drilling through ice to jump in and freeze myself to death. Anyone jealous of Koshy's ability to go and have a tropical vacation?

Anniversary At The Olympics

That's one hell of a way to celebrate your anniversary. "Hey hunny, let's go out and watch people way more fit than us do physical things we could never do while we remember how long we've been together". It seems kind of weird.

That being said, I would not mind taking in the Olympics live. But I could never justify the cost of flying out to Rio and paying to get into the events (this was the 2016 Olympics by the way). As jealous as I am about the fact that Koshy celebrated an anniversary at the Olympics in Rio, I am slightly comforted because I definitely never want to go to Rio. I'm too afraid of all the things that could happen to me. Statistics definitely lie, but I'm not willing to chance it, I'll be honest. So I'm even jealous of her bravery, though I'm sure that because of her higher profile, she wouldn't really have to worry about anything.

Beach Day

If I were to try and have a beach day right now I would either have to dig fairly deep...or I would just have to bask in the sun on a mountain of snow. So, I have to be honest that I'm jealous of her being on a sandy beach. It would be a nice feeling right now.

In addition to that, I'm imagining there are some ladies who are pretty jealous of her figure and fun outfit, and some guys who are jealous of Koshy's boyfriend. She just looks like she's always having fun while being really, really healthy. The main thing is that her whole Instagram account is full of fun, warm places, vacations to beautiful places, award ceremonies, and foods that I want in my mouth right now, so, I'm sure that I'm not the only one who wishes I could have a similar Insta-life.
