On April 12th, 33 year-old reality TV star and a member of the famous Kardashian-Jenner Klan, Khloé, gave birth to a beautiful little girl with boyfriend and NBA star, Tristan Thompson, in Cleveland.

This was amid strong allegations that the Cleveland Cavaliers star had not been a very good husband in a New York City lounge a few days before Khloé’s delivery. TMZ leaked the video, and from there, everything came to light.

In other news, the little girl was given a peculiar name, True Thompson-in ‘True’ Kardashian fashion.

She became the third of Kris Jenner’s daughters to give birth this year after sister Kylie had a baby girl (Stormi) with rapper boyfriend Travis Scott, and Kim and Kanye West welcomed a baby girl (Chicago) born through a surrogate.

Every family has rules which govern the manner in which they behave, more specifically in public. These rules are usually more or less the same across regular families. However, for celebrities, regular rules don’t apply because there is nothing regular about their lives and there is more at stake.

As the daughter of a Kardashian, there are expectations that will be required of True, so as to maintain the image and brand that the Kardashian and Jenner sisters have worked very hard to build.

Here are 15 rules that Khloé Kardashian’s baby girl, True, will have to follow, just because she is a Kardashian:

She Won’t Watch Keeping Up With The Kardashians Till She Is A Teenager

Wouldn’t it be fun if you woke up one day and realized that your mum was not only on TV, but also a mega star in the world of reality TV.? You would not wait to be able to check your mum in action.

Well, True, as her mum stated on her website, would not be allowed to watch their famous TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians until she turned 13.

This is a particularly interesting development, which raises questions on whether or not the other children watch the show, especially in the episodes in which they featured. We are very intrigued to see how this will pan out. (Source: MarieClaire)

Strict Adherence To The Laws Of Fashion

The Kardashians are fashionistas- it is what they are primarily known for. Every time you see one of them, they are always donning the latest and chick trends from the biggest names in the world of fashion- from Chanel to Dolce to their very own fashion lines.

A wardrobe malfunction is therefore a definite no-no in their books, especially if you are trying to build a fashion and beauty empire.

That, and a photo of her may be taken by tabloid photographers widely circulated amongst mainstream media. This means that they have to be very careful about what they wear as it may negatively affect their brand. But we believe True is in good hands (Source: News)

‘Kardashian’ Comes First

The glam lives of the Kardashians and Jenners is not devoid of its own share of scandals. In fact, one would be tempted to think that they would not be as famous as they are, if it were not for the scandals that follow them constantly. From Kim’s selfies, to Caitlyn’s attacks on Kris, scandals truly know the Kardashian’s address.

However, in the face of all this, they have had each other’s back, with the sisters constantly ganging up to defend the honor of one of their own, and True will be expected to carry this on. Whether or not a Kardashian is wrong, she will be expected to cover their backs against those that seek to bring them down. (Source: DailyMail)

She CANNOT get too fun in public

Have we all noticed that on that one day when a celebrity has a lapse of judgement and goes to a club, gets wasted or even a little tipsy, is the day all the paparazzi are normally on call? Paparazzi have been known to shame celebrities, more so female celebrities, who decide to overindulge.

This could be the reason that the Kardashians have a strict rule against getting a little too rowdy, in public. They want to guard against such things. In the event that True wants to indulge in a little bottle poppin’, she would have to follow her aunts’ example- do it at home or at the home of a trusted friend. (Source: BabyGaga)

Never Call Kris ‘Grandma’

“Come on Kris, lighten up a little bit.”

Apparently, it turns out that Kris hates being called grandma. She says that it makes her feel ‘old and wrinkled.’ When her grandkids Mason, Penelope and North started calling her ‘grandma’, she immediately realized that she hated it and made them call her ‘Lovey’, taken from a friend of her mom.

So it is a rule in the Kardashian household, Kris is called ‘Lovey’. So adamant is the momager about not being called the G-word that she refuses to respond to it.

Hear that True? If you wanna piss off mama’s mama, just call her ‘Grandma’ and await the blockbuster that will follow. (Source: Momtastic)

She Will Have Her Own Personal Bodyguard

The safety of their precious children is something that the Kardashian-Jenner clan do not take lightly. This may have been driven home by Kim’s hostage situation when she was vacationing in Paris in 2016, where she was tied up and had her jewelry stolen. When it comes to their children, this celebrity family is not taking any chances.

They have assigned a separate bodyguard for every single one of their children, believing that one bodyguard is not enough to effectively watch over them. From their home gates to the park, the children are watched keenly as the greatest fear of any parent, including Kim, is their child being kidnapped. (Source: HollywoodLife)

She Will Only Accept Gifts From Luxury Designers

The Kardashians have a rule about what their children wear. They know that whatever is seen on North, or Stormi will probably sell out online within a matter of minutes, and so they only allow outfits that will support the designers that they know well.

Last year, Khloé returned home from a two week vacation to find that gifts had been sent to her Calabasas house. The gifts included a custom-made Judith Leiber clutch purse that read KOKO on the front.

Before True can accept any gift, she will have to make sure that it is only from luxury designers, otherwise it is return to sender, just like mama does it. (Source: DailyMail)

Be An Entrepreneur

Apart from the millions that they make from Keeping Up with The Kardashians, the Kardashian-Jenner’s are also quite business-savvy, a trait they have all probably picked up from mother Kris. Each of the sisters having a lucrative income generator and/or endorsement deals, which contribute greatly to the Kardashian Empire every financial year.

From Kim’s Kimoji app, to Khloé’s jeans collection, to Kylie cosmetics, it is clear that all these women have learnt a thing or two from their momager.

When she grows up, we expect that True will also have to chip in to the family fortune by carving a business niche of her own. But with the family she has, we expect it will rub off on her fast. (Source: NYTimes, Time)

Stay Relevant

As obvious as this one sounds, a Kardashian knows that to stay at the top, they have to be relevant. They cannot, under any circumstance, be considered as yesterday’s news. The Kardashians have to work at being known and involved. This is an important rule for True to follow if she desires to achieve the same level of success that her mum and aunts have now.

Getting invited to parties and starring in reality shows are just some examples of what it means to be important. They have saturated our culture and have such a foothold in pop culture that they cannot be left out. They have managed to create a lot of influence and in turn, get generously compensated for it. Do Everything Big

There is doing things big, then there is doing things the Kardashian way. This has become an actual fact. Every time the Klan does something, even as simple as a Thanksgiving or Easter get together, the word good does not cut it- it has to be epic. It is one of the ways in which they stay relevant.

When True grows up, she will have to learn the art of bringing the house down. From slumber parties to birthdays to relationships to onscreen drama (when she will finally be allowed to feature on KUWTH), to bathroom selfies, she will have to know that regular and okay are not terms thrown about in the Kardashian household.

She will have to go big for there is no going home. (Source: EliteDaily, TheCut)

Embrace Social Media-It Is Life

There's no question about it—a Kardashian has to have a social media presence. It’s an unspoken rule. It is the only way in which they connect with their fans and advertise themselves. How else will they give their fans a minute-by-minute info on their goings-on in their glam lives?

The Kardashian kids can’t get away with just an email and a Myspace account if they want to be a part of the family—they’re going to have to get with the latest and trendiest ways of showing yourself off.

By the time True is grown, there will probably be virtual reality to keep people glued onto her daily life. Whatever it ends up being next, you can expect the Kardashians to always be ahead of the curve when it comes to social media.

At less than a week old, True is already on the gram, with 198,000 followers by the time of publishing this post! (Source: TheRichest, Instagram)

Say Goodbye To Privacy

There are several downsides to being a member of the Kardashian crew. One of them being that you will never enjoy privacy again…except if you go and live on Mars, and that too may be short-lived.

With throngs of adoring fans, haters and those who seek to accentuate their social status by taking selfies and photos of them, they never get to enjoy the perks of privacy.

However, the Kardashians are extroverted and outgoing people. They were born in the limelight and they love experiencing every minute of it.

Even if she comes out naturally introverted, True may have to suck it up quickly and get used to rarely being off the radar. (Source: TheThings)

Say Goodbye To Gluten And Dairy

Celebrities are obsessed with their bodies and treat them like the temples that they are. They are careful with what they put into it, lest their bodies begin to show wrinkles and folds where there should be none. They work really hard to make sure that their bodies stay tight and trim.

When Kourtney introduced her children to a gluten and dairy free diet because of sensitivity, the whole family jumped onto it. When they started noticing the positive changes in Kourtney’s kids after the diet change, Kylie and Khloé decided that they would make their children eat clean as well.

Words Don’t Hurt

They have millions of fans and people who adore and emulate almost every single thing they do. It is the celebrity life. They also have millions of people who hate their very existence; maybe out of jealousy or righteous indignation, and this too is the celebrity life.

True will have to learn very quickly that this world is full of mean people. And if she is to survive all the things that will be said about her, because she is a Kardashian, then she will have to subscribe to the old saying, "Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me"

She will have to develop thick skin in order to rise above the hate that will eventually come her way. (Source: TMZ, Zimbio)

Show Them You Are Rich

It is no secret that the Kardashians have a lot of dough. How do we know? Well, they told us. With the size of their Los Angeles homes, to the cars they drive, to their private jets, to the fact that they always look like they are on vacation.

They have the money and they make sure we know that they do.

With this money, they are expected to build the family name and brand, either by getting positive attention or by investing it into lucrative deals that will bring in even more money.

True will be expected to follow in this family tradition.
