It is designed to increase ‘muscle pliability’ by steering clear of inflammatory foods and focusing on consuming 80% organic vegetables. That means no dairy, gluten, sugar, and very little alcohol. What he does eat are fish, lots of vegetables, minimal fruit, soup broth, and protein shakes. And, Brady sticks with his plan. He won’t even touch ketchup or soy sauce. In his book he wrote, ‘It really doesn’t matter how much exercise you do. If you’re not eating the right food and providing your body with nutrients.’

Miley Cyrus has evolved into a health guru and animal rights advocate over the last few years. She’s traded her wild child ways for a vegan meal plan and yoga, which she shares on her Instagram.
She even told Billboard magazine that she’s given up her bad habits.

She avoids gluten and dairy and credits her new lifestyle for her slim physique and toned abs.

Perhaps one of the saddest and weirdest things that we’ve come across comes from Marilyn Monroe. The curvaceous movie star was constantly being told to be wary of becoming too plump. So, to stay slim she worked out just as Hollywood does today.
She gave details about it to ‘Pageant Magazine’ in 1952. “I spend at least 10 minutes each morning working out with small weights,” Marilyn told the magazine.
Then, the actress detailed her daily meals. For breakfast she had a cup of warm milk mixed with two eggs and a multi-vitamin. Marilyn didn’t mention lunch, but went straight to dinner, which she stated as being broiled steak with raw carrots. As bizarre as it sounds, it’s basically the same whole food high protein plan that most stars follow today. Plus, it’s gluten and sugar free.

Beyoncé made headlines when she talked about her 20 lb. lost in just 2-weeks. She has been open about her struggles to maintain her slim figure and to stay regimented with her eating plan.
She once called herself, “a natural fat person, just dying to get out.”
So, instead she sticks with master cleanses of lemonade with maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Apparently, it was a drink that was the only thing she consumed for 2 weeks. When she needed to work out after her baby, Beyoncé changed her eating habits by including: egg white omelettes, turkey and capers for lunch, and sashimi for dinner. Oh, and if she wants a snack she usually settles for cucumbers, except for the rare occasions that she allows herself to have a frozen yogurt.

And, as you can guess her rules are strict. In fact, if you look online you’ll see that many have tried and failed.
Gwyneth might make the claim that she eats French Fries and drinks wine, but her chef has stated otherwise. She starts her days with green juices made from kale, lemon, ginger, and apples. The lunch recipes in her book include items such as beet-greens soup, green risotto, and healthy versions of BBQ chicken. For dinner she’ll make meatballs with almonds or she’ll enjoy fish. As you can guess there aren’t many carbs and she doesn’t indulge in sugar or dairy.

Miranda is another model that is a fan of organic fruits and vegetables for both her body and skincare. The model and entrepreneur has a skincare line based around noni fruit and other super foods.
When it comes to her eating habits, she is just as super healthy focusing on vegetables. While she does steer clear of sugar and caffeine, Miranda does enjoy varied meals that includes chicken, teas, and even the occasional glass of organic wine. The one thing that the model would never eat would be anything genetically modified or farmed unethically.
Naturally, anything she eats has to be followed up with a workout in order to keep her slim physique. Any model has to follow a set of rules for their eating habits and what they put their body through at the gym.

This mommy’s job is to look good and she takes it seriously, exercising for 2 hours 6-days a week and following a restrictive intake of protein shakes.
To earn a chance to walk down the runway in that $2 million dollar bra Adriana focuses on protein shakes, protein bars, green vegetables, and steers clear of carbs. There’s a reason that once a year she rewards herself with pizza after the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. She’s not allowed to have it beforehand. Her meals prior to the show are steamed, grilled, or eaten raw. Also, she avoids sugar to the point that she even avoids carrots.
5. Kim Kardashian Wants A Perfect Backside
If you’re going to wake up every day at 6am to workout, you better make sure that your eating is on point too. After unflattering pictures of Kim Kardashian’s infamous bum made its rounds on the Internet, the Internet mogul shot back by following a strict exercise regimen. She hired a trainer and said goodbye to most of her carbs.
Now, Kim focuses on eating fresh food that she (or her chef) cooks everyday. She also said goodbye to processed foods that include everything from cookies to salad dressings. Basically, if you can’t buy it from the farmer’s market or local butchers then Kim has thrown it out from her kitchen. It must be worth it for her so that now she can play bikini tennis without worrying about a bad photo.

Another Kardashian with strict rules is Kourtney. She has been the health guru of the family for a while now constantly telling Kim that her way is disgusting. The mother of three wrote on her website,

That means that she begins and ends her days with an apple cider vinegar blend. She also hits the gym every day and treats herself to avocado pudding before her workout to give her fuel. Salads with a protein source such as salmon or chicken are her standards for dinner and if she needs a snack during the day, Kourtney reaches for raw almonds or hummus with veggies. As the ‘health freak’ of the Kardashian clan Kourtney keeps her sweet tooth in check with homemade treats such as match-chia pudding.

She’s one of the tiniest stars alive and Victoria Beckham is happy to let everyone know that it takes hard work for her to keep it that way.
“I go for a three mile run every morning and I work out for an hour with a PT which gives me just enough time to get to the kitchen to puree Romeo’s avocados,” the designer told Vogue Netherlands.
Her food is equally regimented with her focusing on whole foods and loading her plate with fresh vegetables, fruit, and fish. Similar to Kourtney K, Victoria also enjoys apple cider vinegar in the morning. Instead of putting it into a drink she takes it by the spoonful first thing in the morning. While the rest of the world is enjoying their morning cup of Joe, Victoria sees it as an indulgence.

She was considered one of the most beautiful women in the world. If you look back at her during her 20s, you’d have to agree that she was jaw-droppingly beautiful. However, she did not age well and it probably had something to do with her food. It was high in protein, but barely had fruits or vegetables. Instead, she lived off of cottage cheese and delicacies such as steak with peanut butter.

Besides keeping herself fit with workouts, she moderates what she eats and how much of it. To keep her skin glowing, Kate makes sure that she eats raw foods daily. She’s also a fan of ceviche, a Latin American dish that includes raw fish, limejuice, and spices. Sweets are off the table except for the holidays when she’ll enjoy a few bites of cake with a tea and good old regular milk.
