On their 17th annual Hot List, 154 newly opened hotels last year made it into Conde Nast Traveller’s Hot list. 62 hotels you can spend a night for under $300 and 13 of those are located in Asia. Check out the list below.

13 Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, China.

Located at the Central Business District surrounded by restaurants and nightlife. The hotel has 313 guest rooms polished with combined Eastern and Western style in contrast with the conventional Chinese architecture. The amenities meet the need of the metropolitan taste for both business and leisure.

12 Tai O Heritage Hotel Hong Kong, China.

An old colonial marine police station, remodelled into a hotel that holds nine spacious and exquisitely designed guest rooms. The 5-star hotel lies next to the governor's residence and Guindy Forest Reserve, and is only a nine kilometre drive from the airport. Park Hyatt features a spa with a rooftop infinity pool, a fitness centre, its own restaurant serving Indian and Western cuisine, and a 24-hour virtual business center. The nine storey hotel has 201 rooms with floor- to ceiling windows overlooking the forest reserve and the city.
