15 Makeup Products Meghan Markle Uses To Fake Her Pre-Wedding Glow

Meghan Markle is about to become royalty; it’s really every little girl’s dream come true. It’s so hard to believe because Meghan and Harry come from very different worlds and yet, they met and fell in love. It must seem like a whirlwind romance to the girl. These days, she is busy planning the wedding that is likely to be the best of the year, or at least the most lavish one. She is locking down a prince and not just any wedding will do. Every little detail of her wedding is going to be planned right down to the smallest detail and it’s likely that it’s all going to be kept secret until the last minute.

No matter what, it seems that Markle just glows regardless of what she’s doing. Is it true that it's love that’s giving her that gorgeous glow? Probably not, but a girl can dream. She has a ton of product favorites that keep her looking beautiful at all times. You don’t need to wait around to hear about her wedding-day routine to get the scoop. She has already dished about what she uses to get that fake pre-wedding glow. Are you dying to know?

Whether it’s skincare products, hair care products, or makeup, she has everything a girl could need for a homemade glow. Check out these 15 makeup products Meghan Markle uses to fake her pre-wedding glow.

15 Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment Sunscreen SPF 15

Fresh Sugar is a great brand that is all about making you feel luxurious. One of Megan Markle’s favorite products is the Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment Sunscreen SPF 15. Ask anyone in the beauty industry and they will always say there should be protection against the sun in all skincare products, even if it’s for your lips. The great thing about this lip treatment is that it’s tinted, so you can get it in your favorite shade. Not only is it protecting your lips, but it acts as a lipstick as well — a moisturizing lipstick like no other. Meghan told Beauty Banter,

“I have searched high and low and tried every kind of lip balm, but this is the very best. Soft, kissable, buttery lips. I swear by it."

Sounds like a golden product.

14 Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler

Megan always has some seriously beautiful lashes. Have ever wondered how Meghan Markle gets those stunning long lashes? She wasn't born with them, we can tell you that. She gets those luscious lashes by using the Shu Uemura Eye Eyelash Curler. We can’t say that we are very surprised, it is a great product and not all of us are born with long beautiful lashes. Sometimes, we need a bit of help. If you're looking tired in the morning, this eyelash curler is a miracle worker. Markle’s quick beauty tip is just that, instead of wearing more makeup,

curl your lashes with the eyelash curler and you will "suddenly look a bit more alive."

Sounds like a plan, and one that we will try out for sure the next time we are looking more ragged than we'd like.

13 Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Soap In Lavender

Any skincare product in lavender is a great one in our books. There is just something about the smell that makes you feel totally relaxed. That is, after all, why it is often used in sleep-aid products. You can use it in a bath at the end of the day to help you relax before bed. That’s how Markle keeps her skin looking radiant.

"I love the smell and it lasts for such a long time. The almond scent is quite nice too if you prefer something warm and sweet. I alternate between the two."

And did we mention Dr. Bronner's products are all organic?

12 Nivea Skin Firming Hydration Body Lotion

Nivea has always been a great product and it’s been around forever. Whether you are using their regular skincare lotions or the firming lotion, you will be happy. Overall, it’s a great product and it happens to be one of Markle’s favorite types of lotions. Maybe that’s what makes her legs look so toned and moisturized, or it at least helps.

"I use this religiously. It’s honestly my favorite lotion on the market, it’s so affordable, and it makes my skin look and feel amazing. I would buy a case of this at a time if I could find it."

She clearly has some serious love for Nivea products. She may have to bring a case with her when she goes to London.

11 Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray

We all have those flat-hair days when nothing seems to go right with our hair. At that point, we usually decide to put our hair up in a ponytail and hope for a better hair day tomorrow. But maybe we shouldn’t have to. There is a reason why Meghan Markle’s hair always looks perfectly coiffed no matter where she is. It’s not magic; she just uses really good hair care products. Sometimes, we could all use a little extra volume in our hair and this is the product she uses when she needs some.

"There is nothing like a hair flip!

When my hair is feeling a little weighted, Suanne, my hair artist on set, has me bend forward and she sprays a little Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray or nothing at all and then has me 'flip back hard' to give my hair a little extra bounce," she told Birchbox.

10 Bioré Daily Cleansing Cloth

We all heard the rule about wearing makeup to bed. It’s a huge no-no and the makeup must come off at night. Many people believe that leaving makeup on while you sleep can age you much quicker, like seven times quicker. That’s scary enough to make us want to take the makeup off immediately. It’s obvious that Meghan knows how to take care of her skin because it always looks flawless. She knows that when it comes to removing makeup, there is nothing better than Bioré Daily Cleansing Cloths. Even if you don’t have time to give your face a thorough washing, using these cloths are better than nothing. At least they will get the makeup right off and Meghan swears by them. They are gentle on your skin and they will exfoliate while removing your makeup.

9 Beautyblenders

You may not think that a beautyblender is important for your makeup routine in the morning, but it can make all the difference in the world. We love these because they help to blend in the foundation so that your skin truly looks flawless. Megan Markle loves these beautyblenders because they make her skin look natural and that’s the most important thing for her beauty routine. You will rarely see Markle with a ton of makeup on. These handy little devices are only about $20 a piece, but they work like a charm.

Markle likes them because they allow her to put on a layer of natural coverage while still allowing her freckles to shine through.

She’s not interested in hiding her natural beauty. Any why should she? She's obviously gorgeous.

8 NARS Blush

NARS has no shortage of shades when it comes to blush, but Markle prefers their "orgasm" shade. Markle always has a healthy glow to her cheeks and she can thank this NARS product for that.

It’s considered to be “universally flattering,” so go out and grab a palette for yourself.

Markle considers it to be "a perfect rosy flush tone that brightens the face." We know for sure that many women are going to be rushing out to grab this glowing product now.

7 Laura Mercier Radiance Foundation Primer

There is another product that you should be putting on after your moisturizer if you want to mimic Markle's glowing face. The best thing you can do during your makeup routine in the morning is to start off with a primer. Seriously, you will notice the difference immediately. Primers work to even out your skin before makeup is applied and you won’t believe the difference. The primer of choice for the future royal is Laura Mercier Radiance Foundation Primer. She is not someone that uses a lot of foundation, which is surprising because her skin seems amazing, but we suppose that’s why she doesn’t need it.

She still wears a primer, however, because she says that it amplifies her glow.

That’s pretty impressive and it’s reason enough to try out the product. She uses the primer right over her moisturizer.

6 Jan Marini Skin Research

As women, we know that taking care of our skin is all about the little things. We have moisturizers, soaps, toners — the whole works. We always want to look radiant and put together and Meghan is already well on her way to knowing what’s best for her skin.

"I play around. I love Jan Marini skincare products. I've been using their serum lately. It's a nice glycolic one that makes your skin really glow.”

She’s definitely a girl you want to take skincare advice from because she doesn’t always have to use foundation which means she has nothing that she wants to correct on her face. We love the way that her skin looks.

5 Diorshow Iconic Mascara

Just the title alone of this mascara makes us want to go out and buy it. We already know that she uses an eyelash curler to plump up her lashes, so mascara will certainly take care of the rest. When asked what her favorite makeup products are by Allure magazine, she stated her love once again for NARS, as well as Diorshow.

"We've used the same things during the past few seasons on Suits, and it's been great to have access to these really cool products and see what works.

My favorite mascara is Diorshow Iconic.” We know what products are definitely going in our makeup bag now.

4 Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder

No, this isn’t something that you eat, but it is an intriguing product. Everyone needs a great exfoliator for their skin and this is the one that Markle swears by. Exfoliating is one of the main ways of warding off aging because it sloughs away dead skin, leaving radiant and fresh-looking skin behind. If you haven’t been exfoliating, then you absolutely must start. It starts off as a powder until you get it wet, then you massage it into your skin. It’s not abrasive and it leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. What’s better is that it’s all natural and made from rice bran. “

I really love the Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder. It just sort of foams on your face and gives you a really subtle exfoliation.”

It sounds like a fun product that we will have to add to our daily arsenal.

3 Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat Radiance Perfecting Pen

This little gold wand may be the answer to all your dreams. For $42 you can conceal all your flaws in your skin with Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat Radiance Perfecting Pen. It’s not an eye pencil or a lipstick, but a concealer wand. Megan swears by this product to help her out on those days when she’s looking a little tired. She counts on this product and that’s why it’s become a cult-classic for Yves Saint Laurent.

"It blends, it’s compact, and if you’ve worked a 17-hour day and have nothing else on, you will still look relatively alive. Relatively."

We totally know what she’s talking about and we love her sense of humor. Sometimes, only a golden wand can make us look just a little alive in the morning.

2 Make Up For Ever HD Powder

We follow Meghan’s makeup tips because they make sense and the evidence is right there on her skin. Meghan Markle has stated that she rarely wears foundation, but there are times when she will add a little powder to her look and when she does, she uses Make Up For Ever HD Powder. The great thing about powders is that if you are prone to oily or shiny skin, then a powder will cure that problem really quickly. When it comes to Markle, she needs to have her skin looking amazing at all times for TV. She doesn’t want that shine coming through and ruining a good take. “It lets your skin look shiny and fresh, but not greasy-shiny."

1 M.A.C. Teddy Eyeliner

If you're not sure which makeup brand to go for, M.A.C. is a safe bet. They have some of the most beautiful and high-quality makeup products out there. Megan swears by their eyeliner and it’s all part of her beauty routine. She thinks that she’s very different from the character that she plays on TV. “I am so much more low key in real life. She's so polished,  and it's in HD, so the steps that go into looking good on a show are very different than in real life.

I don't wear foundation in real life. My routine is very simple — I call it the 5-minute face.

It's just Touche Éclat, curled lashes, mascara, Chap Stick, and a little bit of blush. That is my favorite kind of look. If I'm going to amp it up for night, then I use M.A.C. Teddy eyeliner, which is a really beautiful brown that has some gold in it. A makeup artist I work with often, Kayleen McAdams, turned me on to it. It's what she uses on Sofia Vergara, and who wouldn't want those gorgeous brown almond eyes?"
