This Y-Brush Will Clean Your Teeth In 10 Seconds

Brushing your teeth just got a whole lot more fun!

Brushing those pearly white is an essential key to a healthy smile, however, who really wants to stay there minutes on end after a long and tiring day? Well, you’re in luck!

With the CES 2019 tech event in Las Vegas, Nevada just having come to an end, an array of gadgets have been revealed, one of which can make brushing your teeth far more fun and fast! According to CNet, the new and innovative ‘Y’Brush’ at CES is a toothbrush that can clean your teeth in as little as 10 seconds; yes you heard that right, 10 seconds!

Although the American Dental Association recommends us to brush our teeth twice a day for two minutes, French company FasTeesH says that we really only need 10 seconds to properly clean our pearly whites. Although this may sound easy enough, you, of course, have to use the company’s new toothbrush. The Y-Brush, nicknamed at CES as the “10-second toothbrush,” is all about convenience and efficiency!

The Y-Brush looks absolutely nothing like your typical toothbrush but resembles more a sports mouth guard. According to the source, the brush is lined with nylon bristles that are positioned at a 45-degree angle, which is known to be the angle in which we are meant to hold a toothbrush against our gums. In addition to the style and look of the brush, it also comes in varying sizes, so that is can be used by both adults and children. If that doesn’t sound good enough, the brush is also completely electronic, meaning you don’t have to move one single muscle.

The Y-Brush creator, FasTeesH, claims all you have to do is put add toothpaste, place the brush in your mouth, and turn the motor on. The Y-Brush is currently available for $125, which is what you would pay for an average electric toothbrush. The brush is a complete set with a handle; brush, charging station, storage pod and a toothpaste applicator. If this sounds at all interesting to you and your tooth brushing needs, you can officially pre-order the Y-Brush this upcoming April 2019.
