The countdown to the much-anticipated Samsung Galaxy S10 has begun!
According to CNet, the phone is set to drop on February 20, 2019, and dishes on the event that is set to reveal the device. Considering Samsung is the world’s largest phone manufacturer, there is a lot of anticipation for the latest and greatest device, in this case, the Samsung Galaxy S10.
Rumors have been swirling for some time now regarding the smartphones look, price, specs and potential release date, however, that has all been put to rest after this years CES event in Las Vegas, Nevada. Although no official statement has been made by Samsung themselves, it is confirmed that Samsung will host its next Unpacked event in San Francisco next month. In addition, a group of analysts painted a picture of a Galaxy S10 completely sorted with extraordinary features including an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, Face ID, and an Infinity-O display says the source.

If all this is true, then the S10 could easily become the most successful smartphone to hit the market, ever! Although the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus, which were introduced last February 2018, did not sell particularly well, the S10 is expected to not only live up to its hype but also break Samsung sales records. With just over a month to go before the official introduction, the phone will be unveiled at 11 a.m. PT at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, so definitely mark it on your calendars!

As for specs and sizes, the Galaxy S10 is rumored to come in three configurations, the S10, S10 Plus, and S10 Lite, all-varying in sizes starting at 5.75 inches all the way to 6.44 inches, and cost! Other rumors include straight edges instead of curved sides, and the elimination of a headphone jack, much like Apple’s recent phone changes. In addition to the changes in size, the S10 is estimated to cost between $845 to $1,765, depending on the model one decides to purchase.
This is a huge mark up from previous models; however, it is expected to offer users a lot more than past Samsung smartphones. The S10 will also come with vast amounts of storage sizes, ranging from 64 GB all the way to 1 TB! Let us know if you would dish out that much for Samsung’s newest phone?
