Roman Abramovich to Pay Lady Gaga $2.9 Million to Perform on his Luxury Yacht

Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich has reportedly agreed to pay Lady Gaga $2.9 million to perform a 90-minute concert on his luxury yacht, the "Eclipse."

The set is to take place during Abramovich's New Year's Eve party this year, and the concert is a gift for Abramovich's partner, the stunning Daria Zhukova, who is said to be a huge fan of the controversial singer.

Lady Gaga is not going to be the only luminary at the party, though. Sean "Diddy" Combs, Jay-Z, and Jay-Z's wife Beyonce Knowles are also set to perform at this fete to bring in 2014 in style.

The $2.9 mil includes a $1 million bonus just for playing on New Year's Eve. Abramovich certainly has the money to spend, of course -- the 553-foot yacht cost a cool billion all on its own. It features not one but two helipads and its own submersible vehicle that can dive up to 150 feet. Bulletproof glass and armoured plating protect the passengers from any miscreants. The party is sure to be one of the most exclusive New Year's Eve celebrations!
