Lady Gaga showed an act of benevolence when she offered to pay for a disabled fan’s hip replacement surgery.

Lady Gaga has just underwent hip injury operation February of this year which led her to cancel her Born This Way world tour.

A fan named Emma, who has scoliosis and hip dysplasia, reached out to the start to show her support and Gaga was so touched she named her 24K gold wheelchair after her and promised to shoulder the cost of her operation which is estimated to be around $10, 000.

The posh wheelchair was designed by Ken Borochoc of Mordekai, the luxury jewelry/metalwork company who is responsible for some of Gaga’s gowns.  It is a black leather seat with a removable leather canopy plated with 24-Karat gold.
