Drake and The Game Donate $22,500 to Cover Funeral Expenses

Rappers The Game and Drake teamed up on Tuesday, September 17th, to help 30-year old Anna Nagel who lost her 5 children and a boyfriend in a disastrous fire. The Game secured a total of $22,500 to meet the funeral expenses for the family. Both The Game and Drake agreed to donate $10,000 each while the producers of Marrying the Game, a reality show by The Game, donated the remaining $2,500.

The Game, whose real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor, posted a photo of the family on Instagram with a caption indicating the donation. The Los-Angeles rapper also indicated that he was on the phone talking to Drake about the tragedy when Drake agreed to donate $10,000 to cover burial expenses.

As part of his Robin Hood project, The Game had earlier promised to donate $1 million dollars to help people in need. This comes a few days after the 33-year old rapper donated several thousand dollars to cover the funeral expenses of a 6-year old girl who was shot dead at her home.
