Ashton Kutcher: Highest Paid Television Actor in the U.S.

Ashton Kutcher is the highest paid actor of U.S. television.

Kutcher, who replaced the controversial Charlie Sheen in 2011 in the CBS comedy series Two and A Half Men topped Forbes TV earnings list in 2012 with estimated earnings of $24 million.

The 35-year-old actor topped the list for a second consecutive year. Coming not far behind in second place is his Two and A Half Men co-star Jon Cryer with $21 million earnings, who placed seventh last year. His other co-star and 19-year-old Angus T Jones came in seventh place with $11 million.

Completing the Top 5 are Ray Romano in third spot with $16 million, Neil Patrick Harris and Mark Harmon tied in fourth with $15 million and Patrick Dempsey with $13 million in the fifth place.

Others who made it to the Top 10 are Tim Allen and Angus T Jones with $11 million; and Michael C Hall and Charlie Sheen both with $10 million.

British actor and comedian Hugh Laurie fell on the list, who earned $18 million last year for his lead role in House.

Forbes’ estimated their earnings between June 2012 and 2013.
