According the company’s website, Khloe an avid animal enthusiast agreed to pose nude to show how serious she was about the campaign and to do her part. Back in 2008, Puerto Rican actress Roselyn Sanchez proved the age old adage, ‘if you’ve got it, flaunt it,’ when she took it all off for PETA’s anti-fur ads. The first Latina to pose nude for the campaign, the Devious Maids star was adamant to do what she could to call attention to the plight of helpless creatures around the world. “It’s insanity what they do theses animals. For human beings to take that liberty of just killing something to look pretty is pretty insane.”

Canuck cutie Laura Vandervoort‘s ad for PETA is unlike the others on this list – wearing nothing but bright red lipstick, the Bitten actress is photographed floating in a small tank of water – her impersonation of the conditions of SeaWorld whales. Part of the ‘SeaWorld Of Hurt’ campaign, the ad powerfully proclaims “Come see Laura as she’s confined to a tiny tank and forced to perform tricks for your entertainment!” After seeing the documentary Blackfish, Toronto-born Vandervoort knew she had to take a stance. “Not only did it make me cry but it impacted me in a way that I wanted to do something, and I wanted to help,” she said in an interview with PETA.

“Who Needs Fur to Feel Beautiful” declares the PETA ad featuring a totally naked Olivia Munn. And if you looked even half as good with nothing on as the Newsroom actress does, bet you’d be saying the same thing. Posing with a bunny, when the ad was first released in 2012, the photo was considered too racy that only a partially topless photo ended up on the Beverly Boulevard billboard in Los Angeles. Talk about grabbing attention for a good cause!

According to one report, New York City police asked PETA to keep the details of the billboards unveiling to a minimum for fear that a mob would ensue.
