In an interview, the young money first lady answered with these vague words, “All I can say is this, Lil Wayne is everything to me. I can’t speak for anyone else. What Young Money and Cash Money did for Nicki Minaj I could never repay them for so I am forever indebted to them.”
She added, “We all love Wayne and that’s what’s gonna hold us together. Drake is my baby ’cause that’s how we were when we came. Whatever is going on now, obviously we’re all very busy, and you know, stuff happens. I don’t know, but I just know that Drake is my baby and Wayne is my everything.”
Drake was not included in the Rich Gang album, which prompted everyone to think that he is already out of the record company. The Rich Gang album debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums with 24,000 copies. Its lead single "Tapout" was performed by Lil Wayne, Nicki Minay, Birdman, Future and Mack Maine.
Drake, who is worth $30 million, signed with Young Money Entertainment owned by Lil Wayne in 2009.
While the “Superbass” singer Nicki Minaj has a net worth of $45 million, she was originally discovered by fellow rapper Lil Wayne and later on joined in Young Money. She debuted with her album Pink Friday released under Young Money Entertainment in 2010.
