Jackie Chan Sells Former Beverly Hills House For $9.5 Million

Buyers are kung-fu fighting over Jackie Chan’s former Beverly Hills home which is now listed in the market.

Priced at $9.5 million, the 7,638-square-foot property is nesting at 1705 Green Acres Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Formerly owned by silent film star Harold Lloyd and built in 1986 it comes with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two automatic gates, fountain, pool, spa, wet bar, gourmet kitchen, barbecue area, wine cellar and circular driveway.

The house also boasts of luxury and retro vibe with those detailed designs, golden staircase, stained-glass windows and intricate furniture. It has hosted several movie shoots for over a decade such as that of Marilyn Monroe, Alan Ladd and Mary Pickford.

Chan has once sold it for $6.3 million in 2005 according to records.

The former action star and martial artist, who is worth $130 million, retired from acting but will still remain as director and producer. He is set to be back in theaters with his upcoming project such as The Expendables 3, Skiptrace and Kung Fu Panda 3 which are still in the works.
