Alicia Keys Sells $17.95 Million Glassy Manhattan Penthouse

Alicia Keys already found a buyer for her glassy Manhattan Penthouse she placed on the market in 2012 for $17.95 million.

Alicia Keys and her husband Swizz Beatz bought the house in 2010 from fellow musician Kravitz for $12.75 million. Kravitz bought it in 2000 for only $7 million. Located in New York's SoHo neighborhood, the 13,076 square feet was fully-renovated and has 6,167 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a library.

It boasts of its modern design, with floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, a floating staircase, wine cellar and chandeliers galore, plus a state-of-the-art Creston sound system. The two-story home also boasts of its additional 3,000 square feet of terraces, bowling alley, pool, gym, movie theater, racquetball court, tennis court and five-car garage.

The couple them moved to the suburbs after deciding to sell the property. They purchased an Englewood, NJ mansion from A-list comedian actor Eddie Murphy for $12 million.

The soulful songbird and Grammy-winning singer-songwriter has an estimated net worth of $45 million.
