Love her or hate her, there is no denying the magnitude of talent that oozes out of Taylor Swift. Swift is an incredible lyricist whose talent and incredibly loyal fan base has given her an edge over other performers in our generation.
The 25-year-old sensation has broken many boundaries with not only her record sales but with the connection she makes with her fans. Swift is the only celebrity who openly allows fans into her home, never says no to a selfie and sends her biggest fans personalized Christmas gifts.
Although Swift has never been caught in the media partying or doing anything too out there, she still manages to get a lot of grief for being a serial dater. I get it, 25-year-old girls date, a lot. However, most of us don’t have the world watching our every move.
As previously mentioned, Swift writes all of her lyrics, and she writes them genuinely from her heart. Since Taylor has dated many men, mostly famous, her songs are bound to be about them.
The following is a list of ten Taylor Swift songs and the men they are written about. Not all of the songs are hopeless love songs; some are about chance encounters while others are about hope in something new. Taylor is a real artist who shares her pain, love and experience with the world. Her songs are relatable to so many which is a big reason why she is such a star. We don’t always know what song is written for what man but if you listen carefully she always leaves us clues!

3 "Style" - Harry Styles
2 “Back to December” - Taylor Lautner
1 "We Are Never Getting Back Together" - Jake Gyllenhaal
Taylor fell head over heals for notorious ladies man Jake Gyllenhaal and I think everyone knew from the start that this relationship was ahead for a couple of break up songs. Many people, however, were uncertain about who this song was written for and it was not until the video was released that her fans made the connection to Jake. In 2010, during their relationship, they were photographed holding hands in Central Park. Taylor Swift was wrapped in Gyllenhaal's scarf, keeping warm. This exact moment was recreated in the music video for the song giving the world proof of who the song is about.
