2014 has come and gone and many things that we looked forward to have come to pass, while others have left disappointments in our faces. However, the entertainment industry has managed to keep us, well, entertained all through 2014. Many people have joined the entertainment scene via music, acting, sports, and other disciplines, while others have left. Some left abruptly, making headlines for their early retirement, injuries, imprisonment, or sudden death. However, the show must go on despite some of our favorites leaving the scene.
The life of a celebrity is normally determined by the amount of life left in them. You find that some celebrities appear in a certain season of a hit show, only to suddenly disappear in a poof of smoke when it's all over, while others are forever shining. Celebrities who are most likely to make it in the long term must have a multiple set of skills and talents. To make it in Hollywood, you must always have something fresh to offer. You must be in your prime, and if you are seasoned, you had better have special talents or a long history in the arena. For sports personalities, you must be able to stand out with your talent. Making it in sports requires stamina, wit, and people skills as well as just athletic ability.
Some celebrities have what it takes to have a bright star for a long time. However, they ruin it with drugs, poor people skills, lack of experience in their field and being on the wrong side of the law. Some make it in life for a long time since they know what they are working for. Others are bad seeds but the love that they get from their fans and sponsors helps to keep them afloat. Here is a list of celebrities with promising futures as we start the new year.
