We all do things we are not proud of, and sometimes those things get out of hand. When you are a celebrity, it is no different. Well, other than the fact that pretty much everyone in the world knows about it. There are some famous people who try to stay away from trouble, while there are others that seem to always be looking for it. At least we know that just because someone is famous, doesn't mean that they can get away with breaking the law. It also doesn't always mean that they are bad people, it just means that they are human and are like everyone else. Some of those who are asked to leave certain places have even gone on to help others who are in trouble. Here is a list of 10 celebrities who have gotten kicked out of public places.
10 The Game
While trying to get some lunch at Houston’s in Pasadena, California, rapper Jayceon Terrell Taylor (otherwise known as “The Game”) was told to leave upon entering the restaurant. The restaurant has a strict dress code; where all of the men have to cover their arms, but the rapper happened to be wearing a tank top. The Game apparently went to Twitter over his treatment, as he thought he was being treated unfairly, and posted several comments about his thoughts of being denied due to racism. He thought that the restaurant did not allow him in because of his skin color; but according to sources, it was simply because of his sleeves (or lack thereof).
9 Aretha Franklin
Is there anyone in the world who would not recognize Aretha Franklin if she showed up at a fast food chain? Would anyone even believe that it was her, if they did recognize the “Queen of Soul”? Apparently, that is exactly what happened when Aretha visited Johnny Rockets in Niagara Falls, on the Canadian side, back in July. According to reports, she ordered a cheeseburger “to go,” but decided that she could not wait until she got back to her hotel, so she simply sat down and started enjoying her burger at a nearby table. That is when one of the workers started berating her, yelling and saying that she was not allowed to do that. Aretha told reporters that “the worker was very rude, unprofessional and nasty.” The employee was not fired, but was “given a talking to,” and that he was very young and had recently gotten hired.
8 Vince Neil
According to several different news reports, Vince Neil was evicted from the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, sometime in 2012. After getting “the boot,” Vince had made several Twitter comments about the hotel, and told his followers that they should not go there. He claims that he was treated poorly, while the hotel had actually sent out tweets following the comments stating that it was Vince who started the trouble and was asked not to return. They also claimed that he had “mistreated” their staff and that is intolerable. It is hard to tell just who is stating the truth, but it appears that the Palms Hotel hasn't had any trouble finding guests after the incident.
7 Justin Bieber
6 Amanda Bynes
5 Paris Hilton
According to the Huffington Post, “Wynn Resorts Ltd. spokeswoman Jennifer Dunne told The Associated Press that Hilton is barred from Wynn Las Vegas and Encore.” During the time Paris Hilton was staying at the Wynn Las Vegas, she reached into her small bag to get some lip balm, and a “small bag of cocaine” had fallen out. Supposedly, a police lieutenant happened to be standing close by and caught the drugs in his hand. Paris was dating Cy Waits while all of this happened, and the Cadillac that the two had been in, smelled distinctly of marijuana, according to reports. There was a remainder of a marijuana cigarette left behind in the car, and both Paris and Cy were arrested following the incident.
4 Mumford & Sons (The Entire Band)
According to TMZ, Mumford & Sons had just finished playing a concert in Atlanta, Georgia, when they all decided to go to Clermont Lounge, a well-known strip club in the area. The lead singer decided to get up on stage and sing a song or two, when one of the other band members thought it would be a good idea to whip out his phone and record a video of his friend singing. Apparently, this is frowned upon in strip clubs (not to mention, illegal in most of them), and a few of the other members started yelling in the club when asked to put their phones away. One of them even shouted at the DJ for “ruining his song,” after he had had to turn down the music. Eventually, the entire group was thrown out and most likely won’t be allowed back in the establishment.
3 Nicki Minaj
2 Jamie Kennedy
While performing one of his stand-up comedy acts, Jamie Kennedy decided to go to a place called, The Yard House to have drinks and to get a bite to eat. During that time, he supposedly got rude with the wait staff and used inappropriate behavior; and was asked to leave. That happens a lot with famous people, but what happens next is simply incredible. A car is speeding down the street, and somehow gets turned upside down on the sidewalk in front of him. Jamie, just having been kicked out of a bar, could have ignored the people in the vehicle and just went on his way, but he didn't. Instead, he helped rescue the people that were inside of the automobile. By the time the paramedics arrived, he had already gone, but not before someone caught him on video coming to the aid of those in need.
According to the New York Post, Madonna was watching a premiere of 12 Years a Slave in the Alamo Movie Theater chain in Austin, Texas. She apparently was texting for quite an extended amount of time during the film, and was asked multiple times to stop. When she refused, she was asked to leave. The movie chain has several locations, including the one located in Austin; and the CEO, Tim League decided to compose a Tweet regarding the incident shortly thereafter. He stated, “Until she apologizes to movie fans, Madonna is banned from watching movies at all Alamo Drafthouse locations.” According to Entertainment Weekly, Tim League meant it as a joke at first, but then realized how much publicity it would incur once people realized that Madonna was the one who was reprimanded for something that is already against their policy.
