To help minimize the appearance of stretch marks, here’s what you need to do: Clean the part where you want to apply the egg whites, then crack two eggs in a bowl and separate the whites from the yolk. Whip the egg whites with a fork and apply a thick layer of the mixture with a makeup brush or your fingers. Allow the egg whites to dry completely. It should take about ten minutes, then rinse the egg whites from your skin with lukewarm water. Moisturize with olive oil and you can follow this routine every day for optimum results.

Lemon juice contains citric acid, which naturally helps to reduce the appearance of scars, acne and stretch marks. Here’s what you need to prepare this natural remedy: You can cut a lemon into two halves and rub it on your stretch marks using circular motions. Allow the juice to dry before rinsing off with warm water. Alternatively, you can mix fresh lemon juice and cucumber juice and apply it onto your skin.
Sugar is particularly known for its exfoliating effects. When you exfoliate your skin using sugar, you get rid of dead skin cells, thereby minimizing the appearance of stretch marks on your belly, arms, thighs and butt. So here’s how to use sugar to reduce stretch marks: Thoroughly mix a tablespoon of sugar with a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice and almond oil. So to get started, you need to: Get a few Aloe Vera leaves and squeeze the gel onto the affected area. Rub it onto your skin, and leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Alternatively, you can add five vitamin E and five vitamin A capsules to the gel and rub the mixture onto your skin until it’s fully absorbed.

The mixture can be stored in the refrigerator so you can make as much as you want.
Water not only detoxifies your body but it also helps to keep your skin supple and restores its elasticity. Experts recommend that you drink at least 8 glasses of water every day to keep your body hydrated and to keep your skin soft. Try as much as possible to avoid drinking soda, coffee or tea and you should soon start to see your stretch marks disappear.
