Pop diva Celine Dion is selling her Montreal home for a price of $28 million.
The 25,000 square feet French chateau has six bedrooms, gold chandeliers and candelabras, outdoor-swimming pool, vaulted stone wine cellar, tasting room, paneled library, home gym, 18-person dining table and regal-style furniture.
Celine and 70-year-old husband Rene Angelil designed the mansion way back 2001. The 43-year-old singer revealed her family has only visited the property twice in the last two years, which is the reason why they are selling it. She has three sons namely Rene Charles, 12 and two-year-old twins Nelson and Eddie. Celine is currently busy performing in Los Angeles after signing a residency deal at Caesar’s Palace hotel in Casino in Las Vegas. Her contract extends until 2019.
The “My Heart Will Go on” hitmaker also dropped her $72 million mansion in Jupiter Island, Florida. The two properties then totaled to $100 million. The 5.7-acre property boasts of a water park including three pools and a lazy river, 8-bedroom guesthouse and tennis house.
The Canadian singer, songwriter, actress and entrepreneur has an estimated net worth of $400 million.
