Pop singer Shakira listed her Miami Beach mansion on the market for $14.95 million, which is four times the price when she bought it in 2001 for $3.38 million.
Shakira gave birth to her child with partner and soccer player Gerard Pique this year and the couple is planning to stay in Barcelona, Spain where he is based.
The 8,355 square foot property on a 20,726-square-foot lot comes with six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, high street-side wall, gym, a swimming pool, a poolside cabana, guest quarters and dock. It has a state-of-the-art kitchen with Miele appliances and a Sub-Zero refrigerator.
The mansion offers a view of Biscayne Bay and a view of the bridge connecting Miami and Miami Beach.
The listing describes the house as "Minimalism, simplicity and purity of line embrace this completely remodeled Miami Beach waterfront Zen sanctuary on North Bay Road. All minutes away from the glitz and glamour of South Beach."
The "Hips Don’t Lie" hitmaker Shakira made some renovations and remodeled the house which was originally built in 1951. The home is situated 12 blocks away from baseball player Alex Rodriguez’s $30 million 21,700-square-foot house and down the road from the home of Matt Damon.
