NBA player Lamar Odom is renting out his Pinecrest mansion in suburban Miami for $17,000 a month.
The embattled free agent basketball star acquired the 8,600-square-foot villa in 2009 for $3 million after being courted by the Miami Heat as well as wife Khloe Kardashian launching the Keeping Up with the Kardashians spin-off Kourtney and Kim Take Miami. He then ended up signing with the Los Angeles Lakers for a four-year contract worth $33 million.
The property features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a two-story foyer with frescoed ceilings, marble floorings and sweeping staircases, movie theater, wet bar and outdoor kitchen. For leisure and entertainment, the home also has billiards room, massive pool, spa, basketball/tennis court and patio with summer kitchen and plenty of lounge space. The master suite has a Jacuzzi tub and his and hers toilets.
Odom and Khloe reportedly renovated the mansion which was built in 2002. The place was also rumored to have once been owned by baseball superstar and New York Yankees ace Alex Rodriguez.
The two are now under legal separation settlement after Odom was accused of drug addiction.
