Jim Carrey Sells Malibu House For $13.4 Million

Jim Carrey’s Malibu mansion was sold for $13.4 million after being on the market for two years.

The Dumb and Dumber star originally listed the house in 2011 for $18 million and in 2012 for $13.95 million. The house was finally sold April this year for $13.4 million, a $4 million drop from its original price.

The 51-year-old comedian actor bought the house in 2002 for only $9.75 million. Located on Malibu Canyon Road, the 2,866 square foot contemporary-style house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a master bedroom overlooking the Pacific and another bedroom overlooking lush green trees.

It also comes with a hot tub, an outdoor shower, a couple of fireplaces, indoor spaces, outdoor decks, patios, wooden stairway, spacious kitchen which offers plenty of rooms for meals, high-end stainless-steel appliances, airy dining room, huge glass windows and colorful characters for the graphic interior.
