Carly Fiorina is an American politician and former business executive with an estimated net worth of $58 million.

Carly Fiorina attended Channing School in London and has been to five several schools until she graduated at Charles E. Jordan High School. She finished her degree at Stanford University and decided to took up law at UCLA School of Law but dropped out after one semester.

She worked at Marcus & Millichap as a receptionist and real estate broker. Fiorina joined the roster as management trainee at AT&T in 1980. Ten years later, she became the company's first woman officer when she took the post as senior vice president. In 1995, she headed the North American operations of the said telecommunication company.

Fiorina led the corporate operations of Lucent Technologies, Inc. in 1995. The following year, she was appointed as president for the company's consumer products sector. She was recognized as The Most Powerful Woman in American Business by Fortune Magazine's October 1998 edition.

Hewlett-Packard Company named her as chief executive officer in July 1999. During her tenure, Fiorina was responsible for the HP-Compaq merger and was forced to resign as CEO in 2005.

After her stint with HP,  she published her autobiography, Tough Choices in 2006. A year after, Fiorina became the business commentator for Fox Business Network. She served as a consultant for John McCain's 2008 presidential campaign and announced that she was running for U.S. Senate in California.

Florina was defeated by Democrat Senator Barbara Boxer in December 2010 election. She declared her bid for 2016 Republican presidential nomination last May 4, 2015.
