Clinton has a successful career as a politician. He began his political career in 1974 when he ran for House of Representative against John Paul Hammerschmidt. Four years later, he was elected Governor of Arkansas. He served the said state twice from 1979 to 1981 and 1983 to 1992.

William Jefferson Clinton was born on August 19, 1946, in Hope, Arkansas. In 1975, he married Hillary Rodham whom he met while studying at Yale Law School. Five years later, the couple welcomed Chelsea.
