About Leona Lewis Taken To Court Over New Single ‘Collide’

Leona Lewis has been taken to court over her new hot singer ‘Collide.’ Simon Cowell’s record company Syco is being accused of ‘plagiarism.’ A Ministry of Sound artist claims that his song was stolen by Lewis.

Swedish DJ Avicii a.k.a. Tim Berg says Lewis’ new song ‘Collide’ is identical to his song ‘Fade Into Darkness.

Syco Believes that Aviccii and his team do not have a case as the dance artist’s contribution has already been recognized. Avicii feels otherwise however.

The album’s book clearly states that Avicii is credited as a songwriter of ‘Collide.’ Avicii said that he never approved of the song to be on her album.

Avicii said on Twitter, “To answer everyone, the first time I heard Leona Lewis ‘Collide’ was today. I didn’t produce it and neither me or my manager could approve it.”

Check out both songs and tell us if you think Avicii has a case:
