Chodieva, 34, is head of investor relations at Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation, which was valued at £6.8 billion when it floated on the London stock market in 2007. Today, after a rollercoaster ride, the Kazakh mining giant is worth $75 million.
Her father, Patokh Chodiev, has a £1.7 billion stake in the business and we reckon Chodieva herself holds a chunk worth about £50m. She has been based in the UK since the 1990s and trained as a solicitor.
