Doreen Lofthouse's family owns the Lofthouse of Fleetwood Ltd. The company was headed by Tony Lofthouse until his death in 2018. He became the fourth generation of the Lofthouse family to be the head of the company. One of the company's famous products is the Fisherman's Friend menthol lozenge which they exported to around 120 countries.
