Russian real estate businessman Zarakh Iliev has an estimated net worth of $3.7 billion as of April 2016 according to Forbes.

After moving to Moscow, Zarakh Iliev began selling alcohol. Eventually, he became involved in the construction and development of shopping centers in metro centers which later grew into huge retail complexes. Today, he co-owns Moscow's Radisson SAS Slavyanskaya Hotel, European Shopping Center and Radisson Royal Ukraine Hotel. He is also the co-owner of many large shopping centers found in Moscow.
