Taiwanese businessman Wang Yung-Tsai  has an estimated net worth of $3 billion as of May 2013 according to Forbes.

He is known to be the former head of Naphtha Cracker #6 project which earned Formosa Plastics Group two trillion New Taiwan dollar revenue. When his brother Wang Yung-Ching retired, Wang Yung-Tsai was left in control of the Formosa Plastics Group. He has been serving the group for 60 years now, but he never took over as Chairman of the group.  Starting in the 1950s, the brothers have developed the company into one of the largest petrochemical groups in Asia.

Wang Yung-Tsai married twice. He has five daughters and three sons who all worked for Formosa Plastics Group. He is now retired from the company. He doesn't hold any executive position from any of the group's subsidiary companies such as Formosa Fibre, Formosa Plastics, and Nan Ya Plastics.
