Taiwanese businessman Tsai Eng-Meng has an estimated net worth of $5.07 billion as of March 2017, according to Bloomberg. Considered as the China's snack food king, Tsai Eng-Meng now returns on Forbes Asia's list of wealthiest persons in Taiwan.

In the past year, Tsai Eng Meng's net worth increased by $2.6 billion due to the increased stock prices of Want Want China Holdings. Currently listed a China Stock Exchange, Want Want China Holdings is considered as one of the largest makers and manufacturers of Chinese-style snacks. His sales in beverages is also doing well which helped increase his net worth.

Tsai Eng Meng also has plans of investing into media. Currently, he holds interests in financial services through Waterland and Union Insurance, as well as hotels through San Want chain.
