American businessman and financier Thomas Bailey has an estimated net worth of $1.1 billion as of June 2016 according to Forbes. He is known to be the founder of Janus Capital Group. Currently based in Denver, Janus Capital Group is one of the U.S.' largest mutual fund institutions.

After attending Michigan State University, Thomas Bailey went to the University of Western Ontario Ivey School of Business to complete his Masters of Business Administration. Based in Aspen Colorado, Thomas Bailey is currently divorced with two children.
