Scott Duncan is the brother of Danine Avara, Milane Frantz and Randa Williams who all received a massive sum of tax-free inheritance from their father. They are the children of the late Dan Duncan, the entrepreneur and founder of Enterprise Products Company who died in 2010.

Today, the company owns more than 50,000 miles of pipelines for natural oil, petrochemicals and gas.
