Sant Singh Chatwal is a Sikh Indian-American hotelier who has an estimated net worth of $10 million. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hampshire Hotels & Resorts, LLC which owns hotels in the United States, the United Kingdom and Thailand. It operates its properties in Manhattan with a total of 2,500 rooms and plans to open a five-star hotel in Times Square. Currently, he also plans to expand his chain of high-end hotels in India in order to take advantage of a shortage of world-class accommodations in the country.

Mr. Chatwal is also the owner of the Bombay Palace chain of restaurants and the Trustee of the William J. Clinton Foundation.
