Singaporean businessman Oei Hong Leong has an estimated net worth of $745 million in 2013. Just recently, he reportedly increased his investments in IPC Corp, a company that owns hotels, and specializes in redeveloping many of Japan's distressed properties.

He owns a large stake in Raffles Education Corp, the largest private education group in Asia-Pacific. It operates a design institute in Singapore, plus 33 other colleges and universities in Southeast and East Asia. He also plans to redevelop a large waterfront site in Vancouver.

Currently based in Singapore, Oei Hong Leong is married and has four children.
