Michael Cosiquien has a personal estimated net worth of $240 million. Since July 2004, Engr. Michael C. Cosiquien has been serving as the Chairman of Megawide Construction Corp. where he became the Chief Executive Officer in July 2010. Megawide Construction Corp. was founded in 1997 and Cosiquien is one of the co-founders. After the company has gone public last year, his share price has almost tripled which made him on the list of Forbes' richest people in the Philippines in 2012. The company's major customers include Henry Sy of SM Group and Andrew Gotianun of Filinvest. His older brother Irving and younger brother Yerik sits on board.

However, in the year 2018, Michael Cosiquien resigned from Megawide Construction Corp. because of the need to focus on other business ventures. He eventually became busy building his own business empire that includes the cold storage business and real estate development. Through Cosiquien's realty firm called Isoc Land, he developed a 12-story green office building on a 23,541-square-meter lot along Pasay City's Macapagal Boulevard.
