Chinese restaurateur and interior designer Michael Chow has an estimated net worth of $20 million in 2012. He is best recognized as the owner and co-founder of Mr. Chow restaurant chain.

Growing up in a family of actors, Chow decided to change his path by building his own business. Together with Robin Sutherland, he opened a hair salon which was named as Smith and Hawes. Eventually, the salon was sold to Leonard of Grosvenor Square, a famous hairdresser.

In 1968, the two opened a restaurant which they called Mr. Chow Restaurant. It serves Chinese cuisines but the staff and waiters are noted to serve with observance to European traditions. Later on, more restaurants were opened in various locations which include London, Las Vegas, Beverly Hills, Miami and New York.

Michael Chow was born in 1939 in Shanghai China. After three unsuccessful marriages, he is currently settled with his fourth wife, Eva Chun Chow. Michael Chow has three children named Asia, Maximillian, and China.
