Real estate businessman Manuel Jove has an estimated net worth of $1.9 billion as of April 2016 according to Forbes. He is best recognized as the founder of Fadesa, a real estate company. Manuel Jove Capellan was born in La Coruna , Spain on June 21, 1941.  This Spanish businessman is currently married with two children.

Over time, Fadesa Imnobiliaria became the largest independent real estate group in Spain. The company went public in 2004. In 2006, he sold his stakes to Fernando Martín Álvarez for 2,800 million euros. In 2006, 55% of his stakes in Martinsa, his real estate group was purchased for $3 billion. A year after the sale of Fadesa, Jove launched Inveravante corporation which holds investments in energy, private equity residential and commercial land development, and hospitality.
