Over time, Fadesa Imnobiliaria became the largest independent real estate group in Spain. The company went public in 2004. In 2006, he sold his stakes to Fernando Martín Álvarez for 2,800 million euros. In 2006, 55% of his stakes in Martinsa, his real estate group was purchased for $3 billion. A year after the sale of Fadesa, Jove launched Inveravante corporation which holds investments in energy, private equity residential and commercial land development, and hospitality. His stakes at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria reduced from 5.1% to 2.99%. Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria is considered as one of the largest banks in Spain.
