American businessman Jeff Greene has an estimated net worth of $3.3 billion as of April 2016, according to Forbes.

Jeff Greene was born on December 10, 1954 in Worcester, Massachusetts, U.S. He attended Johns Hopkins University where he completed his degree in economics and sociology in just three years. Later on, he enrolled himself to Harvard Business School to earn his MBA degree. He is currently married to Mei Sze Chan. The couple welcomed their first child Malcolm in 2009.

Through the years, Greene has managed to increase the number of real estate properties he owns especially in Palm Beach. In fact, he recently bought another 150 units at Palm Beach at a reported cost of $34 million. This increases the number of real estate units he owns to 1150. In Los Angeles, he also owns a total 3500 apartments. Just last year, he has acquired a piece of land in West Village which he plans to convert into a residential condo.
