Real estate developer God Nisanov has an estimated net worth of $3.7 billion as of April 2016 according to Forbes. He is the 34th richest person in Russia and the 458th in the world. Born God Semenovich Nisanov on April 24, 1972 in the small town in Azerbaijan, he has a diploma from the Baku Institute of Law. He moved to Moscow in 1992 and became a partner to fellow countryman Zarakh Iliev while helping him in the wholesale trade.

Nisanov has accumulated his estimated net worth of $3.7 billion by building shopping markets near metro stations and turning them into shopping complexes which lead to a real estate empire. Their projects total to a nearly 10.8 million square feet. In 2001, he and Iliev opened a trading-exhibition complex called Moscow in Lublino. Biscuit, the company that they both supervise, bought hotel Ukraine at an auction of the government of Moscow in 2005. He opened the trading complex European near the Kievsky station in 2006.

Last year, Nisanov and Iliev were not lucky enough to do the $2 billion rehab of the All Russia Exhibition Center after the Moscow officials decided to rethink the plan.
