American land developer, urban planner, newspaper publisher and real estate businessman Duane Hagadone has an estimated net worth of $800 million in 2012. Hagadone is known to be the founder of Coeur d'Alene Resort and Golf Course, which was previously named by Golf World Magazine, Golf Digest and Golf Magazine as one of North America's finest-groomed golf courses.

He also owns a yacht named Lady Lola which is equipped with state of the art and modern facilities such as the fully functional golf course which makes use of an array of speed boats that is used for retrieving golf balls. The yacht also has its helicopter, helipad and submarine.
